Camp Flores is taking registrations NOW!

So, my other niece, also 11 years old, has been wanting to come for a visit. So, her dad called last week to verify that next week would be OK.
Of course it will be OK, I'm just trying to prepare myself for 2 weeks worth of keeping a 10 yo and 2 11 year olds entertained.
I'm hoping that the weather complies, so we can spend some time in the pool, but if it doesn't, then indoor pool, here we come. I'm hoping that it doesn't come to that, cause the Natatorium is always PACKED on rainy summer days.
Other than that, I've promised them a day at Hawaiian Falls, so of course, they will not let me forget that promise, I'm sure.
When I spoke to my niece on the phone last week, she said "Tia, what restaurants are we gonna eat at?!"
I think B has been telling her about some of the places up here, and gotten her excited.
We did take the kiddos to Medieval Times a couple of weeks ago.
That was OK. They had a great time, but now that we did it, I'm not in a hurry to go back.
Other than that, we'll probably take the light rail downtown and maybe do the aquarium, since B has been hounding me about that for several weeks now.
Then there's always Gatti-Land, which should keep them occupied for several hours.
And of course the mall. The girls both love shopping, so I'm sure we'll do that at least once. Poor Marc will be bored out of his mind. Maybe I'll let him bring a friend and watch a movie while the girls shop?
Then there's always bingo! Poor kids, I think I'm gonna turn all of em into bingoholics like me!?

Other than keeping the kiddos busy, it's been a pretty chill summer, so far. I had a HUGE bday last week, and it sent me into a little bit of a funk. I didn't realize how hard I was going to handle turning the big 3-0! Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm old now!! And let me tell ya, it sux. You know, I could act selfish, and bratty, and childish before and it was no big deal, but now, it's like unbecoming of a woman in her thirties to act immature:(
Guess I'll just have to grow up now.

I have more to write, but have somewhere to be in 40 minutes, so off to the shower I go.
